Senior Program Budget Analyst

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE 

Analyst will provide program investment, integration and evaluation services for Army-wide C4IT.  Review and analyze C4/IT programs to evaluate Army information technology programs and resources.  Analyze all Army IT expenditure plans and recommending approval or reallocations based on prescribed criteria.  Work will be performed on Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC) and PEO-like functions for select budget lines.  Evaluate the requirements for coordination of responses within the office or with external elements and ensures that coordination occurs.  Track present status of actions and provide technical or policy guidance in the way of coordination and review of other staff actions.  Make judicious use of P-forms to understand current funding lines and matters concerning the various programs assigned.   Prepare information papers and staff these with the appropriate officials on DA, OSD and Joint Staff.  Develop responses for Congressional testimony on assigned programs and be prepared to defend the Army position on assigned programs to Congressional Staffers, OSD Staff, and the Army Leadership.  Applicants can apply by sending their resume and cover letter to resumes@ifaasolutions.com.
