Senior Accountant

This position requires at least 4-5 years of experience in conducting
A-123 audits. BS/Accounting or related field required.
CPA or CPA candidates a plus. Strong interpersonal/communications
skills and computer proficiency (MS Word/Excel) required. May provide
supervision of staff on engagements. Reviews audit findings with manager
and partner. Evaluates staff performance. Generally, supervises two or
more engagements on a concurrent basis.
Field Service Representative/Electronics Technician
(Applicant must be eligible for or able to obtain a passport and the
appropriate personnel clearance required for this position
Primary Location: Southwest Asia (travel 100% of time).
Field Service Rep will provide on-site field support to customers
including installation, servicing, and repairing systems and equipment.
Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment.
Resolves customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair,
upgrade and maintenance. Assists in investigating and resolving complex
installations and maintenance matters of significance. Instructs
customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment. Perform
installations, tests, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and
repair for communications equipment, electronics equipment, large/mini
computers, and buses for those in networked environment. Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate
personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters
for assigned projects. Performs analysis and prepares reports on
system problem trends and issues.
Support installation, integration, testing, and field service to
customer. Analyze and repair faulty electronic equipment. Ability to
distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor
systems. Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams.
Provide formal training and guidance to military personnel on variety of
ECM equipment. Upload new systems parameters via computer interface.
Manage and inventory control of assets. Performs measurements of
electronic/electro-mechanical/computer equipment in accordance with
military and commercial standards. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or
related field preferred. Eight or more years of direct relevant
field support experience. Experience working with the company's
hardware, software and equipment products. Experience working with
customer technology and support requirements. Active passport
required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Other Qualifications: AA
degree/2 year technical school in appropriate field and 3 years of
experience substitutes for 7 years of experience. Prior military
experience desired, not required. Must be physically fit.
Electronics repair skills down to the component level. Good
interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personnel.
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to resolve
hardware and equipment problems. Willingness to travel
Logistics Specialist
(Applicant must be eligible for or able to obtain a passport and the
appropriate personnel clearance required for this position
Primary Location: Southwest Asia (travel 100% of time).
Performs logistics program activities from conception stage through life
cycle management of product. Monitors the order cycle, maintains
an inventory control process to ensure that inventory requirements are
met according to budget and customer demands. Develops and implements
logistics program activities including Integrated Logistics Support
(ILS), technical documentation, RAM provisioning, etc. Coordinate
logistics activities for field service personnel, resolves logistics
problems, and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of
parts to expedite logistics activities. Must have Property Book
Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Theater Provided Equipment (TPE)
experience. Enters data into logistics software application to
reconcile physical inventories; ensures transactions are recorded
accurately and are available to budget and finance departments, upon
request. Assists in negotiating and coordinating delivery of
required inventory to ensure equipment is received and available to
clients in a timely manner. Contacts vendors and facilities management
personnel to ensure proper shipping/receiving of all supplies.
Tracks routine logistic transactions using appropriate recording systems
and oversees the routing of merchandise accordingly to ensure inventory
requirements are met. Communicates with supervisors and managers
of individual departments regarding the status of equipment and supply
orders, as well as equipment returned to vendors for repair to ensure
that alternate arrangements are made during repairs and order
deliveries. May operate a forklift to load/off load trucks, ships,
and aircraft and move materials to various locations, some manual
lifting required.
Basic Qualifications: An active

Bachelors’ degree. Eight or more
years of logistics or material handling experience. Experience
working with purchasing and facilities management. Experience
working with tracking and routing software. Experience working
with company products and inventory needs. Possess valid driver's
license. Other Qualifications: Personal computer and
business solutions software skills. Communication skills to
communicate with customers, vendors and management. Planning and
organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Analytical
and problem solving skills to assist in managing the flow of goods.

Contracts Specialist
Primary Location: Prince William, VA
This
position is responsible for responding to sources sought and RFQ’s,
conducting contract closeout, procurement program planning and
subcontractor plan monitoring to the federal government. Undergraduate
degree in related field required. 2 to 5 years government contract
experience required. Experience with FAR, DFARS and CAS required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills necessary.
Commercial
Sales Manager
Primary Location: Prince William, VA
This
position is looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven
sales record to promote our services. This position will be required to
meet weekly sales goals through daily sales calls, appointments, and
obtaining client contracts. The Sales Manager will use both leads
provided by company marketing and personal networking including cold
calling with small to medium size businesses. Local travel required.
Qualified candidates must have commissioned sales experience, proven
ability to close sales and provide follow up sales support. Experience
with computer programs, Internet service, contact database software such
as ACT required. Exceptional communication and team building skills
required. College level business courses preferred.
Government Sales Manager
Primary Location: Prince
William, VA
Individual will be
responsible for moving the company into the Federal Government arena.
Must have a wide variety of business development experience in the
federal government contracting environment. Experience within the 8(a)
program and with GSA schedules is an added plus. Familiarity with the
government proposal process is also required. Must be highly motivated
with a proven sales record.
